Job Title: Technical Training Instructor (Edsir’s Client)
We are seeking a Technical Training Instructor for our partner client in the Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs to equip students and professionals with essential hands-on industry skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Instruction Delivery: Conduct dynamic technical lectures, interactive workshops, and hands-on laboratory sessions.
- Curriculum Design: Update comprehensive course syllabi, practical assessments, lesson plans, and instructional training manuals.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, practical exams, and real-world projects while providing regular constructive feedback.
- Lab Maintenance: Oversee safety compliance and maintain all classroom tools, technology, and specialized laboratory equipment.
- Industry Alignment: Adapt training modules to reflect current technical advancements and modern workforce demands in Saudi Arabia.
- Career Mentorship: Guide trainees through career preparation, portfolio development, and professional skill enhancement.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3+] years of training experience in technical colleges, vocational institutes, or corporate environments.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in [Insert Specific Skills/Software, e.g., PLC Programming, Cyber Security, Welding, CNC Machinery].
- Local Context: Strong familiarity with the educational landscape and workforce requirements of the Eastern Province (Dammam/Khobar/Jubail).
- Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English; bilingual capabilities in Arabic are highly advantageous.
- Certifications: Recognized technical credentials or teaching certifications (e.g., CTT+, TVTC license) are preferred.
